Program Process: A Referring Customer must create an account at www.centurylinkreferafriend.com (“URL”) prior to making a qualified referral, using the same email address as is associated with their CenturyLink service. The Referring Customer will receive a unique referral link to be shared with their Referred Customer. Using the unique referral link, the Referred Customer must also create an account at URL and sign up for a new, qualifying CenturyLink High-Speed Internet ("HSI") and/or new CenturyLink Home Phone plan and must install the service(s) within 60 days of initial referral date. Both the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer must retain their CenturyLink services for 60 consecutive days, and their accounts must be in good standing, for both the Referred Customer and Referring Customer to be eligible for each to receive the applicable VISA Prepaid Card. Only eligible, referred service orders placed through the unique referral link, installed in the minimum activation time frame of 60 days, will be considered for a VISA Prepaid Card. Any changes to the service orders as placed, prior to the minimum 60-day activation time frame, negates a VISA Prepaid Card eligibility within the Program.
Referring Customer: Referring Customer must 1) have an active residential CenturyLink account, in good standing; 2) have CenturyLink service in one or more CenturyLink local service areas; and 3) create an account at URL as outlined above – Program Process. Referring Customers cannot refer themselves or refer their own accounts and must retain their CenturyLink service(s) for 60 consecutive days after Referred Customer service installation to be eligible for VISA Prepaid Card.
Referred Customer: A qualified Referred Customer must 1) be a new CenturyLink customer; 2) create an account at URL as outlined above – Program Process; and 3) order and install a new, qualifying service(s) within 60 days of the initial referral date by Referring Customer. Referred Customer must retain their CenturyLink service(s) for 60 consecutive days after their service installation to be eligible for VISA Prepaid Card.
CenturyLink employees, sales agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to refer or participate in Program.
Qualifying CenturyLink Services: Both the Referring Customer and Referred Customer will each receive an applicable VISA Prepaid Card reward after the Referred Customer installs post-pay Service(s) as outlined above – Program Process: 1) a $50 VISA card for a new CenturyLink High Speed Internet (“HSI”) service; or, 2) a $75 VISA card for a new CenturyLink HSI and Home Phone Bundle. Prepay services, such as residential SimplePay, CenturyLink InstaOn, CenturyLink ON, and all Business products are not eligible for the Program. CenturyLink services are not available everywhere. CenturyLink may change, cancel or substitute Service, or vary them by service area, at its sole discretion without notice. All products and services listed are governed by tariffs, terms of service, or terms and conditions posted at www.centurylink.com/terms.
Refer A Friend Program: This Program cannot be combined with any other CenturyLink referral program. Limit $500 in Program VISA Prepaid Card redemptions per calendar year. CenturyLink reserves the right to add, change or remove any elements of the Program, discontinue the Program at any time, without notice, or cancel future eligible redemptions if Program is terminated. Additional restrictions may apply.
Visa Prepaid Card: Bridgevine, on behalf of CenturyLink, is responsible for VISA Prepaid Card fulfillment. Referring and Referred Customers must redeem card via enrollment through Referral Website. Visa Prepaid Card will be sent to both the Referring and Referred Customers within 4-6 weeks after all eligibility, redemption and retention requirements have been met, including the 60-day active service hold requirement. Referring and Referred customer accounts must be in good standing.
