Yes! When you sign up for the CenturyLink Refer-A-Friend program, you AND your friend can both earn up to a $75 Visa® Prepaid Card if your friend signs up for applicable CenturyLink services.
When you refer friends to purchase CenturyLink residential services, both you and your friend each have the chance to earn a Visa® Prepaid Card. You both receive a $25 Visa® Prepaid Card if your friend signs up for new CenturyLink High-Speed Internet, a $50 Visa® Prepaid Card if your friend signs up for new CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Phone bundle OR if your friend signs up for new CenturyLink Prism®TV, and a $75 Visa® Prepaid Card for signing up for a new CenturyLink High-Speed Internet & Prism®TV bundle OR for signing up for a new CenturyLink Prism®TV + Phone bundle OR for signing up for a new CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Prism®TV + Phone bundle.
In order to earn the reward, your friend must sign up for service and have their service installed for a minimum of 60-days. After that 60-day period, you both receive your Prepaid Cards.
An overall limit of $500 is available for each calendar year.
No. At this time the program is limited to residential customers.
To sign up, log into the CenturyLink Refer-A-Friend website and enter in your information so we know where to send your Prepaid Card. After you sign up, you can log into your Refer-A-Friend account to send an email, post a referral on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn or send a text message. Once you share, your unique share link allows us to track all of your referrals and ensure you receive your Prepaid Cards once your friend(s) signs up for service.
When you share with your friends via email or text, the message will come from you with a special link and instructions for your friend to sign up for service. If you share via Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn, your post will show up on your page.
All information is stored securely and no information is shared with outside parties.
Make sure your friend knows you referred them and remind them to use the designated email, text or social post you sent them to sign up for CenturyLink services.
When one of your friends signs up for one of the following CenturyLink services: CenturyLink High-Speed Internet, CenturyLink Prism®TV, CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Phone bunde, CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Prism®TV bundle, CenturyLink Prism®TV + Phone bundle or CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Prism®TV + Phone bundle, we will send you an email with the status of their order. You will also be notified when you are able to receive your Prepaid Card for your friend’s order. A monthly reward statement regarding how many Prepaid Cards have been issued will also be emailed to you. Refer-A-Friend members will also be able to log in to their Refer-A-Friend account to check the Prepaid Card status.
You will be sent an email notifying you that the friend you referred signed up for CenturyLink service. Once their account is active for 60-days, you and your friend will automatically each be sent a Prepaid Card.
You need to click the link that your friend sent you and sign up for one of the following CenturyLink services: CenturyLink High-Speed Internet, CenturyLink Prism®TV, CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Phone bunde, CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Prism®TV bundle, CenturyLink Prism®TV + Phone bundle or CenturyLink High-Speed Internet + Prism®TV + Phone bundle.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email you used to register for the program. In this email, please send us the email address of your friend and we’ll look into the account status.
If you are already a member of the previous CenturyLink Refer-A-Friend program and would like to reference your old account, click here. CenturyLink customers must create a new login to join the new referral program.
CenturyLink employees, Centurylink sales agents, and relatives of CenturyLink employees or sales agents cannot participate in the CenturyLink Refer-A-Friend program.
