CenturyLink Refer A Friend Terms

Refer-A-Friend Rewards Program (“Program”): Referring CenturyLink Customer must create an account via www.centurylinkreferafriend.com ("Website"). The account must be set up with the same email address as the CenturyLink service order. A unique link will be assigned to Referring customer that can be shared with potential Referred customers. Only a referral registered using the unique link will be eligible for a VISA Prepaid Card ("Card").

Customer Eligibility: In order to participate in the Program, the Referring Customer must have an active residential CenturyLink account in one or more CenturyLink local service areas. A qualified Referred Customer must be a new CenturyLink customer. The Referred Customer must install Service(s) within 60 days of the initial referral date by Referring Customer. Both the Referring Customer and Referred Customer must retain service(s) for 60 consecutive days after Referred Customer service installation to be eligible to receive a Card. If Service is not so installed, the Referring and Referred Customer will not be eligible for a Card.

Service Eligibility: Qualifying CenturyLink post-paid services include High Speed Internet ("HSI") and/or Home Phone. A new HSI service activation will be eligible for a $50 Card; a new HSI and Home Phone bundle service activation will be eligible for a $75 Card. All service orders/referrals must be placed through referral Website to be eligible. Any changes to the service orders as placed, prior to the minimum activation time frame, negates the eligibility within the Program. All services that are subscribed to through a Pre-paid plan are not eligible for the Program: Price For Life, CenturyLink InstaOn, CenturyLink ON, CenturyLink Stream, etc. Service is not available everywhere. CenturyLink may change, cancel or substitute Service, or vary them by service area, at its sole discretion without notice. Visa Prepaid Card: Limited Time Offer only. Bridgevine is responsible for VISA Prepaid Card fulfillment to eligible customer recipients. Customer must activate services within 30 days of order and must retain all eligible services for a minimum of eight weeks after service activation. Referring Customers must redeem Card via request through Website. Visa Prepaid Card will be sent 4-6 weeks after all eligibility, redemption and retention requirements have been met, including eight week service hold requirement. Account must be current and in good credit standing. Offer cannot be combined with other CenturyLink High-Speed Internet reward/award/promotion cards/codes unless otherwise allowed. CenturyLink may change the form of payment, vendor, etc., at their discretion when fulfilling the promotional offer.
